Annabella O'Dwyer, a.k.a. Marsha Watson, joined Southwest Legends Gunfighters in the summer of 2007. Marsha has always had a great love for all history and have varied back and forth between the Civil War, western and the American Revolution.

Marsha grew up in the era of "The Lone Ranger", "The Roy Rogers Show" and other Saturday morning westerns. Some of her early favorite 1950's prime time TV shows were "Laramie" and "Laredo". Her favorite, however, was "Wagon Train". Marsha often has tried to image what it must have been like to have lived during this period of American history, particularly for the average woman.

After moving to Scottsdale, AZ with her family in 1962, Marsha found her way to the Scottsdale Public Library situated in the "Little Red School House". The children's section was located in the basement and the librarian suggested that in order to get to know Arizona better, Marsha read books about Arizona. Within a year, Marsha had read all the children's Arizona history books that the Scottsdale library had in it's collection.

Marsha has chosen to make her home on three acres of land outside the historic town of Maricopa where she moved in 1985. Marsha took the name Annabella O'Dwyer to honor her great-grandparents who migrated to the USA in the 1800's.
